You’ll enjoy consistent reporting and online project tracking, including detailed receiving reports the day a shipment is received. Reconciled paperwork assures you an accurate record of goods received vs. goods ordered. Our online tracking system allows you to view your vendor’s freight bills and packing slips. You’ll also see detailed delivery tickets that itemize merchandise on the truck and reference the original warehouse receiving report.

Inspection and Notifications

We inspect every shipment for damage and shortages.
We inspect every shipment for damage and shortages. We open and inspect the contents of suspect cartons immediately and note exceptions on the carrier’s documents. If needed, we prepare a damage report and notify your designated representatives. 

We’re pleased to provide value-added services at your request. These include dock releases, inside placement, un-crating, minor assembly and scheduled access to the warehouse (e.g., for cutting carpet, taking inventory, making inspections or repairs, etc.).
